Precision Rebored Throttle Bodies
Honda/Acura TM presented under Fair Use
The Honda throttle bodies can be rebored between 2 and 4mm oversize from stock, depending on the application. The butterfly is replaced by a new machined component that
precisely matches the new bore size. The inlet is also enlarged with a newly machined taper. The throttle shaft is modified to
improve airflow as well, with the use of flush head fasteners on the shaft. Honda already does a nice
job with the profile of the shaft itself, so no other modification is required to it.
