Proflow Design cannot initiate claims for you. Warranty: Products manufactured by Proflow Design Inc. are sold with a 30-day warranty on workmanship. All other products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Claims must be initiated by contacting our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The customer is responsible for properly packing, insuring and shipping, and all associated costs. Proflow Design's sole obligation shall be repair, replacement, or refund, at our option. Proflow Design Inc. will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods. Returns and Exchanges: Returns for refund or exchange is allowed within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Authorized return merchandise must be unused, never installed, and in its original packaging. Special or Custom items are not returnable. Returned merchandise showing signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, modified or defaced will not be allowed. The customer is responsible for properly packing, insuring and shipping, and all associated costs. Returns or exchanges will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Proflow Design Inc. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must include: A copy of the original invoice with the RMA number A written explanation for the return A contact phone number Refused shipments sent back to Proflow Design Inc. or its distributors does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns. Core Returns: Core returns must be received by Proflow Design Inc. within 15 calendar days of invoice date in order to receive full core value. All core returns must be in rebuildable condition, with a copy of the original packing list included.
